Good morning guys! Happy monday! I know, mondays are not usually the happiest haha. I woke up a bit early this morning, did some meditation then had the best breakfast ever: rye seeded bread, mashed avocado + feta cheese, a poached egg, basil, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper + my usual latte. Believe me, that’s the best way to start the new week! I’ll be going to the gym in a bit and I’ll also post a new recipe tonight.
